The Origin
In 2022, eXp Realty had almost no presence in the Hilton Head Island luxury market. Tristan O'Grady and Rick Saba were two of the island's top-producing agents — closing more than 100 transactions and $100 million in combined volume at a respected local brokerage. Rather than remain inside a traditional model, they chose eXp Realty for its global platform, creative freedom, and luxury brand. From that vision, COAST brokered by eXp Realty was born.
It launched with four agents, and within 2 years became the #1 eXp team in South Carolina by volume. Today, COAST anchors eXp's luxury presence across the Lowcountry.
